Return Prerequisites
Returns from purchases made only on this site can be made within 14 days after the delivery date. Your item must be unopened, unused and in the original packaging as well as condition with the tamper seal intact. The proof of purchase or receipt should also be included. This will help expedite the processing of your return.
Return Shipping
The customer is accepts responsibility for all return costs including carrier shipping. Shipping fees are non-refundable and the cost of return shipping will be discounted from your refund.
Refund
In order to complete your refund, your return must be inspected to ensure it was unopened, unused and in the original packaging as well as condition with the tamper seal intact. If your return is accepted, the credit will be issued to the original form of payment. Return processing should complete withing 5 business days in accordance with the original form of payment’s policy.
Damaged Deliveries
In the unfortunate event of an order being damaged during shipping, it is your responsibility to take a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement of the item after we receive documentation.
