How fast can I expect to see results?

Any type of treatment in relation to health takes proper application, time, consistency, dedication and accurate assessment. For basic applications related to skin and hair, the results will be seen soon after repeated use. The time natural products take to yield results in regard to more serious concerns will vary but can generally take up to six months of constant and correct use. 

 

Why did you select these particular ingredients?

Something we want our customers to understand is that “More is NOT better.” We conducted rigorous research of every ingredient we came across and excluded things we deemed ineffective or possibly harmful in order to live up to customer expectations. We see natural products all the time with ingredients that don’t necessarily yield better results. We dedicated hours upon hours of time to ensure that our products don’t have this issue and provide only what is conducive to better health.

Why doesn’t this foam like regular toothpaste?

Commercial toothpaste foams because of a substance called Sodium Lauryl Sulfate. You may see some variation in names that make it tricky to identify such as Sodium dodecyl sulfate, Dodecyl sulfate sodium salt, Sodium n-dodecyl sulfate, and more, but we can just call it SLS for short. This substance is used in many toiletries like soap and shampoo as well. SLS is used for many things, including decomposing cells and dissolving the structure of proteins. It is also used to break down genetic structure such as RNA and DNA in lab studies and can cause serious lessons and burns in high concentrations. While people mistakenly think canker sores form from bacteria, SLS use is one of the leading causes. It is one of the many commercially used substances that not only kill bad bacteria, but essential good bacteria as well. In short, it affects and is absorbed by everything in your mouth. If not properly processed (Which is acknowledged but not regulated by the FDA) this chemical can be contaminated with 1,4 dioxane, a known carcinogen. We knew it was crucial to exclude this from our products to keep our customers safe from one of many harmful substances that generally go overlooked. After all, it was first used in World War II as an engine degreaser.

Why does the label say “PATCH TEST BEFORE USE”,”DO NOT SWALLOW”, “SEEK MEDICAL OPINION”, “CONSULT A PROFESSIONAL”, and other cautionary instruction?

Allergic reactions are the body’s natural immune response to what it perceives needs to be removed. This is largely comes down to genetics. That is why some people/pets are allergic to things that others are not. Regardless, while our products are safe, allergic reactions can occur just like with any product in general. We care about our customers and want them to have the best experiences with everything that we offer, so our advise is offered to avoid any accidents.

Why does some of these products contain sweeteners like Erythritol or Xylitol if it has no alcohol?

Erythritol and Xylitol are classified as sugar alcohols, which possesses the structural traits of sugar molecules and alcohol molecules, but is neither. It is actually very healthy and can be found in produce such as strawberries and cauliflower. In fact, the human body also produces Xylitol while digesting carbohydrates. Don’t let the funky name and spelling scare you away from its stunning benefits.

Why do these products contain distilled water instead of purified water?

Distillation is the most effective way to get rid of contaminants and impurities. The process removes about 99.9% of contaminants from water including fluoride. Purified water on the other hand has less removed and only sometimes has fluoride removed. Also, with purified water, other chemicals, pesticides and contaminants may remain.

Why are products sometimes out of stock?

We are a very small company. At this point, everything we make is handmade, but hopefully one day we can grow our business to the point where we can mass produce our items with the same quality and standards for the masses. We can only do this with your help!

Why are there sometimes variations in color, taste, smell, etc.

Because our products are plant and mineral based, characteristics of our ingredients are literally determined by nature. This can result in differences based on factors such as season, weather and other changes in the environment. 

Do you offer custom and personalized orders?

We want everyone to experience our offerings. Please contact us if you’d like a custom order if you have any allergy concerns or otherwise for an additional fee.

How should I take care of my ordered product? Is refrigeration necessary?

Whenever you purchase and use a natural (and even artificial ones) product, considering the exclusion of preservatives and other harmful substances, it is best to take as many measures as possible to maintain its integrity. Keeping products in the refrigerator and out of any light, increases the life and effectiveness to provide optimal results.
Regardless, it is best to make an effort to use natural products before the best before time period labeled. This will provide the best experience and decrease the chances of anything less, such as it expiring.

Which products should I try and are best to use?

We recommend trying any of our natural offerings as an alternative to anything you may be using. We have carefully researched, formulated and crafted each product for even the most gentle of applications while being suitable for all customers. Always be sure to do a test to make sure you are not allergic to any of the natural ingredients we use before normal use.

What other products do you offer?

We offer and are in the works of offering Dental, Skin, and Hair products such as Lip Balm, Conditioner, Plant Butters, Crèmes and possibly Soap.

Do you allow returns?

New, unused and sealed items are eligible for returns. Buyer pays for return shipping. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. To begin your return, send us a message via our Contact page.

What is the average shipping time length?

We work hard to ensure our customers have an experience that they can trust and trust. Considering that our items are American handcrafted, consumers benefit from maximum quality control and fresh products. While usually it takes up to three business days, during peak order activity, it can take up to seven business days to newly produce your order. Regardless of the lead time, we will work day and night to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order is shipped, it usually takes up to a week to be delivered.
During this pandemic, a lot of supply chains, shipping processes and other critical components have been affected across the globe. Please consider this and be patient when you order. Every order will be shipped with proof and we always do our best to solve any discrepancy. 

Do I get shipping confirmation and insurance with my order?

Tracking information is delivered soon after your order processes. If insurance is needed, you must select USPS Priority Mail when ordering. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. It is the buyers responsibility to use shipping with insurance if there are any shipping and delivery concerns. In an unfortunate circumstance, USPS handles the lost or stolen package inquiry, The old saying “It is better to be safe than sorry.” is invaluable.

How should I handle delivery issues?

By chance your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but not in your possession, please contact your neighbors and the post office. For some reason, possibly because of the influx in shipped packages during the pandemic, products can be mistakenly delivered to another residence. This is why we recommend using shipping that is insured. It has even happened to us!
